At the 9/11 Memorial, visitors have the unique opportunity to witness the World Trade Center rebuilding taking place around them - including the construction of 1 World Trade Center, which will be the tallest building in the United States. During this interim period of construction, access to the 9/11 Memorial is managed by a timed reservation system for both individuals and groups.

The timed Visitor Pass allow passengers to plan their visit to the 9/11 Memorial at a select time to coordinate with their NYWT Hop-On/Hop-Off Pass from Pier 84, West 44th Street to Battery Park, Slip 6 – a short walk from the 9/11 Memorial.

The guided double decker bus is free to all NYWT/CLD customers who have purchased a ticket, or you may purchase your ticket on the bus. The bus includes a tour, which is  a continous 90 minute loop through Midtown ending at Pier 84.

• NBC Studio Experience tour and NBC Experience store

• Times Square North- W 48th and Broadway

• Times Square South- W 42nd and 7th
